Tips
- The tennis cover is designed for crazy mode (bounce mode) and is suitable for slight chewers. It works best on thin carpets or outdoor lawns to minimize noise. The normal mode (roll mode) does not work with the tennis cover and is intended for hard floors only, not for chewers.
- Please ensure that you use a charging adapter with a 5V output voltage.
- The toy does not work for aggressive chewers
- If possible, please avoid using crazy bouncing mode exclusively. In crazy mode, the motor rotates at the fastest speed, which may have a slight impact on the motor’s lifespan

This was the best gift I could have ever purchased for a Corgi that has been bored inside the house due to inclement weather. It keeps him focused, engaged, and definitely entertained. I will say it does make noise bouncing around or rolling on hard floors but it’s worth every penny and plus it’s been entertaining for us as well watching him play with it. This has survived our one year old Corgi that chews everything and he has not been able to remove safety plug where it charges so if you need to watch chewability then this is a keeper. It’s lightweight enough and easy to charge and for him to play with and the lights and action are great on this cute toy. It seems to be very durable as well.

This product is perfect for active dogs. It keeps my dog busy and entertained the entire time. Definitely not the best for aggressive chewers. However, if your dog is a chewer, the fact that the on/off switch is covered by a silicone insert rather than having to screw open the ball is a game changer! It makes it last so much longer in case the dog damages the screw off mechanism. If it does get damaged, there is a 1 year warranty where they offer 100% free exchanges for any quality issues. Highly recommend this dog toy!

This ball has lasted longer than any of my dogs other toys. He is super rough with it too and flings it around. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone who has a ball obsessed dog. He did tear the cover off almost instantly but the ball itself is extremely durable.

This is by far the best toy I’ve ever bought my dog. My other dog ruins every toy I buy this dog. This ball is indestructible. It keeps my dog busy for hours. If we wanna turn it on real fast, we crack up laughing. It’s a little loud on fast so we put it on slow. We can’t put the tennis ball cover over it because our other dog is obsessed with tennis balls and she rips it. other than that best toy ever.

It’s a great toy that will keep any animal interested!I have bought every interactive ball there is on the market and this product is by far the best of the best.It bounces with or without the cover, however with the cover on; it makes “Bella” a 12 lb PSD feel as if she has conquered her prey because she is able to pick it up by the outer covers tab (that comes with it) and shake it around with only a slight touch of her paw to turn it back on.The charge on it last forever, the noise level when playing with it on the carpeting is non existent and it’s hard as a rock so you can throw it like a bowling ball to be chased down. Last but not least, warranty on this is for one year and when it would no longer take a charge after14 months the seller of the same sent out a new one immediately upon receipt of the return on the original ball. I’m sure you will agree the art of Customer Service has been lost for quite sometime now! Who the hell does that anymore?Can there be improvements made, most certainly,if this ball was produced in the exact same way, keeping the crazy ball bouncing and these 3 changes;A bit softer,A bit smaller,with a squeaker inside,This would be the top selling dog product in the US. Thank you for producing it!

Our puppy loves this toy. It keeps her occupied and tires her out a bit. When we lost the cover to charge it. She would whine at the counter, waiting for her ball to charge. I contacted the seller and their customer service was excellent They were responsive and understanding. The puppy is very happy to have her favorite ball back.

Loads of fun! I ordered one for my daughter and her dog loved it so much that she brought it over for my dogs to try it out. My dogs loved it so much that I ordered one for myself. It has two settings- one that rolls and one that shakes. When it is on the shake mode, it will stop periodically until your pet touches it. It then begins to shake. My dogs were fascinated by it for over an hour until my daughter had to take it away because she had to go home. I cannot wait to get mine and watch my dogs play.

My Sjöfn loved this thing. The cover only lasted seconds and the ball itself about an hour, but damn she had fun with it! The thing would jump off the floor a couple inches when it really got going. She loved it right up until she finally chewed through it. She is a very aggressive chewer, so no knocks against the toy. If I knew I was going to be gone without her for a bit, I would 100% buy another one.
